It will contribute to the growth of our children and young people as individuals who are loyal to the basic principles and values of our Republic, who are rational, prudent, self-confident, thinking, questioning, able to activate their own inner creativity, peaceful, respectful to different thoughts and beliefs, and do not discriminate against gender, race, religion or language in human relations. To create out-of-school folk dance education programs, to ensure the protection of Turkish Cultural Values by conducting theoretical, practical, academic and artistic studies in all known areas of Turkish Folk Culture, to introduce them to all countries of the world, to exhibit them, with the customs, traditions and customs of our country and Turkish Motif Foundation, which aims to research, examine, evaluate, keep alive, exhibit and promote Folk Dances in scientific and artistic environments, has added a new one to the international symposiums it has been organizing since 2000. The first of the "Motif Foundation International Social Sciences Symposium", which covers almost every field of social sciences, was held in Çanakkale on 8-10 November 2018 in cooperation with Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
As the Motif Foundation, we hope that the second "Motif Foundation International Social Sciences Symposium" will serve our social scientists to share their valuable knowledge with our academic community, just like the symposiums we have been organizing since 2000.
“Motif Foundation International Social Sciences Symposium-II is a symposium with international participation in accordance with the academic incentive regulations with the new associate professorship criteria and the international multi-authored book in which the texts will be included.”
