Anatolian Culture Festivals, organized in cooperation with Motif Foundation and Motif Folk Dance Education Association Youth and Sports Club, also appeal to thousands of people every year with folk dance performances. The public and free organization of the feasts has increased the participation of the public. Receiving a standing ovation from the public at the end of each feast has led the Motif Foundation to do better. The number of spectators has increased with a rapid acceleration every year, along with this, there has also been an increase in the number of our young folk actors performing at the festival. Young people from different hometowns, from different local cultures, who are not subjected to any discrimination regarding income and education level, took part shoulder to shoulder in the same teams. From this point of view, the breadth of the public audience addressed by the Motif Foundation is revealed.
Founded with the aim of preserving, keeping alive and transferring folk dances, which have an important place in the cultural development of the Turkish people, Motif Foundation has tried to teach folk dances to an average of 20,000 young people in all aspects since its inception. The fact that this number is increasing rapidly every year is also an important step taken by the Motif Foundation towards achieving its goal. Popular culture self-threaten our culture at a time when the folk culture of the younger generation is able to serve, allow the foundation to become aware of their own culture in the presence of Motif, folk dances to teach main activity, which is seen as always, will continue to transfer from the essence and to live for future generations without losing anything.
